Novastar Video Player Software SMARTLCT, Novastar Synchronous Control Software NOVALCT-MARS, NovaStudio, Novastar Asynchronous Control Software PlutoManager, NovaLCT-Pluto, NovaSign for Android and NovaShow Donwload.
This posting includes two documents: (1) updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) and (2) Task Areas spreadsheet. The PWS contains minor updates from the original posting and reflects the same scope of work overall. The Task Areas spreadsheet contains the various task areas and program elements. The Government is requesting interested parties complete the attached spreadsheet via the instructions listed at the top and identify if they would satisfy the area/element organically, through teaming, through mentor/protégé venture, or not at all.
If an interested company has not yet provided a capabilty statement to the Government in accordance with the Sources Sought referenced above, the Government will accept said statement for market research purposes at this time.
